AMTmetalTech Patent Ferro Alloy Powder NanoC of Super Cavitation and High Abrasion for High Speed Laser Cladding or PTA Plasma Weld Overlay is the super Cavitation Alloy with Hard phase for Abrasion Resist and Hardness HRC52-62, which can replace chrome plating and corrosion resistance better than 316L and high temperature resist up to 550℃. Multi-Layer hardfacing of hardness above HRC55 need suitable preheating. PTA Plasma swing weld overlay can achieve fine coating thickness down to 0.4mm or up to 5mm.

AMTmetalTech Patent Ferro Alloy Powder NanoCH size 15-53um of Super Cavitation and high Abrasion is for High Speed Laser Cladding and can replace chrome plating. NanoCL size 45-150um is for regular laser cladding. NanoCPTA size 45-150um is for PTA Plasma Swing weld overlay.
