2. AMTmetalTech High Hardness Titanium Cemented Carbide TiC-Ni Hardmetal Wear Parts Features

2.1 The hardness of MT-TiC60Ni is min. 91HRA, higher than the hardness of WC+6%Co min. 90HRA. And the impact resistance of MT-TiC60Ni cannot be higher than WC-6Co.

2.2 MT-TiC60Ni is much more corrosion resist and higher temperature resist than WC+6%Co.

2.3 MT-TiC60Ni is easier to be brazed and less crack tendency than WC+6%Co after brazed together.

2.4 The air freight of MT-TiC60Ni will be half as WC-6Co for much lower density. The handling and application can be more convenient for less heavy.
