AMTmetalTech Patent Ferro Alloy Powder NanoC of Super Cavitation and High Abrasion for High Speed Laser or PTA Swing Plasma Thin and thick Cladding is the super Cavitation Alloy with Hard phase for Abrasion Resist and Hardness HRC52-62, which corrosion resistance is better than 316L and high temperature resist up to 550℃. Multi-Layer overlaying of hardness above HRC55 need suitable preheating. PTA Plasma swing overlaying can achieve fine coating thickness down to 0.4mm or up to 5mm.
AMTmetalTech Patent Ferro Alloy Powder NanoCH size 15-53um of Super Cavitation and high Abrasion is for High Speed Laser Cladding. NanoCL size 45-150um is for regular laser overlaying. NanoCPTA size 45-150um is for PTA Plasma Swing Thin or thick Cladding.
